End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Black Protocol Interactive for the Black Protocol software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Black Protocol Interactive grants you the following rights, subject to the terms of this EULA:
1.1 Installation and Use
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer or gaming device for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2 Subscription License
If you have purchased a subscription to Black Protocol Elite or other premium services, your subscription grants you access to premium features as described on our website, subject to payment of subscription fees and adherence to this EULA.
1.3 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
- Use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for commercial purposes without authorization
- Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Black Protocol Interactive retains all title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to Black Protocol Interactive.
3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Black Protocol Interactive may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
4.1 Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
4.2 No Guarantees
Black Protocol Interactive does not guarantee that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be free from defects or that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility for selecting the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to achieve your intended results.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLACK PROTOCOL INTERACTIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
By installing and using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you consent to the collection and use of certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may transmit data to Black Protocol Interactive servers for purposes including matchmaking, anti-cheat, and analytics.
7. ANTI-CHEAT AND FAIR PLAY
7.1 Anti-Cheat Software
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes anti-cheat software that may monitor system activity and collect data to detect cheating. By installing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you consent to such monitoring.
7.2 Prohibited Third-Party Software
You may not use any third-party software that interferes with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including but not limited to:
- Cheating programs (aimbots, wallhacks, trainers)
- Automation scripts and macros
- Data mining tools
- Unauthorized server emulators
Violation may result in immediate termination of your license and account.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
8.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create within the game ("Game Content"). However, by creating Game Content, you grant Black Protocol Interactive a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content.
8.2 Streaming and Recording
You may stream, record, and share gameplay footage of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Commercial streaming requires written permission from Black Protocol Interactive.
9. VIRTUAL GOODS AND CURRENCY
Virtual currency ("Black Credits") and virtual items obtained in the game are non-refundable and have no monetary value. They are licensed to you for use within the game only and do not constitute real property.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may require connection to third-party services (Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
11. REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be available in all regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT complies with local laws and regulations.
12. EXPORT CONTROLS
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations regarding the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Black Protocol Interactive is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Black Protocol Interactive regarding the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and supersedes all prior agreements and representations.
16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
